How do I book a cleaner?
Booking a cleaners is simple; Just click on 'Book a Cleaner' in the menu at the top right and fill in the form to tell your reqiurements and book one of our professional cleaners.
Can I request a particular cleaner when I book.
Yes. Book your cleaner on our secure booking platform and then call us on 07767120742 or send us an email to request anyone of our professional cleaners who has worked for you or who you prefer.
If my cleaner is running late or did not turn up what should I do?
Our professional cleaners are usually punctual but if it happens that they turn up late they will still work for the booked number of hours. If your cleaner has not arrived up to 30mins into the booked time please call us on 07767120742 immediately or send an email to info@dmdcleaners.co.uk. If it is not possible for the cleaner to cover the number of hours due to your other engagements, please contact us to make it up to you.
Can I reschedule or cancel a booking?
Yes. You can reschedule or cancel a booking but you must do so at least 24hrs before the booked time. Please send and email to info@dmdcleaners.co.uk or send a text message to 07767120742 to change your booking.
Can I arrange a cleaning appointment with your cleaners directly?
NO. You cannot book a cleaning appoinment directly with our professionals, that would mean we cannot be held responsible if anything goes wrong. You must book a cleaner on our website to enjoy the security and quality service we offer.
Will your cleaner ask me for cash?
NO. Our cleaners will not ask for cash unless you have previous notified us that it is your preferred method of payment. If you have paid for our services when you made your booking our cprofessional cleaners will not ask you for cash.
Can I give my cleaner a tip?
The choice is your. If you very happy with our professional cleaners, as many of our clients are, you can give them a tip.
Can I leave my keys with your cleaners?
If you must leave your keys we recommend that you let us know before you do. Our cleaners are trusted but we want to ensure everything goes well both for you and our cleaners.
What happens if I book a cleaner and I am not available?
If you are not going to be available for the time you booked please contact us to change your booking as soon as possible. If you are not available for your cleaner appointment you will be charged 50% of the booking amount to cover admin and cleaner's travelling cost.
Do you offer on-going cleaning plan?
Yes. We offer on-going cleaning contract and the cost is the same at £10 / hr. Please call us after your first booking to arrange your on-going cleaning.
Do you offer oven cleaning?
Yes. Oven cleaning is a specialized area of cleaning so please contact us if you require oven cleaning.
